- Will my card be charged today?
- No. Stripe captures your card during checkout but won't charge it until your 7-day trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you're never billed — not a dollar.
- What happens at the end of the 7-day trial?
- Your card on file is charged automatically for the plan you picked, and Stripe emails you three days before that happens so it's never a surprise. You can switch plans or cancel any time from the customer portal — including during the trial.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open Manage subscription in the customer portal and click Cancel plan. You keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for. No retention emails, no friction.
- Do I keep my data if I cancel?
- For 90 days after cancellation, yes — your full creator list, outreach history, notes, and analytics stay intact so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off. After 90 days the data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
- Are there usage limits or 'searches per month' caps?
- No. Creator search is unlimited on every paid plan, including the trial. The only soft constraint is enrichment volume — we run ~100 creators in 30-60 seconds for performance, not as a paywall. Need to enrich thousands at once? Email us and we'll talk through a Scale plan.
- What if I'm not sure this is right for me?
- Start the trial anyway — you have 7 days to test it on a real campaign and decide. If it's not a fit, cancel in two clicks and nothing is charged. Or email dmeehanj@gmail.comwith your use case and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work.
